Nunavut has a very unique (along with the NWT) form of Government called 'Consensus Government. It's really the only civilized way to govern.

The weather is actually not so bad. Most people have terrifying visions of an icy martian landscape. It gets cold, but it's a DRY cold. Seriously - a world of difference.
