"i think i'm going to cry just thinking about what you've done for us". then she starts feeding him the story (as the interview starts collapsing) with the agenda they need to push for this to be newsworthy. "oh, the travesty of it all!" and then she tops it off by getting all belligerent with the 'evil' faceless voice at the end: "do my bidding, for we are the news!", "DO IT!".

Can you believe it? What would this world come to if there wasn't somebody there controlling everything we did? Why, people would start puting stickers on their cars which just might bring about the end of the world!!!

Somebody has relatives at the TV station. This was an act of assholery by the owner's association, but it only rises to the level of monthly newsletter coverage.

Fuck Home Owner's Associations. I absolutely refuse to ever live in any place that says what I can or can't do with my lawn, like erect a flag pole or put up decorations. Also, nothing I saw is advertising. Well, with the exception of the Titelist and Obama stickers.
