Rescuers Surprised When Dead Body Is Just A Man Cooling Off

Rescue workers were in for a surprise when they responded to reports of a dead body lying in a shallow part of the Arkansas River in Tulsa, Oklahoma. When they got there, they found out the man was very much alive and just coolin' off. In a Facebook post, the Tulsa Fire Department warned everyone, 'The river is low but is still potentially dangerous in areas. Please stay safe and find alternate ways to stay cool!'
