*Promote because what he says is so logical and obvious even though no one (of consequence) will listen to what he is saying and the polling will continue...

I fill out polls all the time and I am always amazed at how the questions can always be set up so that I can't say anything bad about the company and the things I want to say and every question leads to a vote in favor of what the pollsters want to promote. I always want to pick the option that is absent from the available list of choices.
