President Bush throws a strike at the 2001 World Series

At the post-9/11 World Series, President George W. Bush arrived mostly unannounced to throw out the first pitch of Game 3 at Yankee Stadium in the Bronx. This 4:00 clip (from HBO's documentary 'Nine Innings from Ground Zero') sets the context for his appearance and shows him throwing the pitch (a strike, no less). In my personal opinion as a fervent and unabashed opponent of both Pres. Bush and the Yankees, I believe this was a great moment in baseball and for the country at the time. See what you think.
