hey don't understate the title. should be "biker wipes out at high speed after top speed chase"

hah, that cop must be mentally challenged or sleeps with his code book at night. A guy wipes out like that and he comes out of his vehicle with a drawn gun... I am pretty confident hes no harm when he is laying there twitching.

You can never be too safe as a cop.
