I think the obviously created sound effect of shooting in the video makes it sound fake, but after researching this, the creature and it's effect are real. I just imagine for the sake of effect it wouldn't be very impressive sounding to human ears so it's "played up" a bit.

Moving this video to mram's personal queue. It failed to receive enough votes to get sifted up to the front page within 3 days.
