how the fuck is this not assault?

What possible justification was there to tase him? Was he dangerous? Was he a threat to himself? He interrupted a stupid baseball game.

I hope he sues.

^ They didn't feel like chasing some drunk asshole all night. It's only funny for so long (And I'm sure there are laws that you have to follow when entering any sporting arena).
