Yup; according to youtube it is Hans Zimmer - Final Charge (Last Samurai OST), probably should have put that in the video details.

Are you're talking about the skiing? He's (most likely) ski base jumping; it's one of the latest extreme skiing crazes, and how notable skier Shane McConkey died a couple years ago.

edit: you can tell when he pulls the chute, his skis kick forward suddenly

Edit: Wow, I didn't even notice the mechanics on that ramp at 4:04 for the truck back-flip. The angle of the ramp changes after the front tires hit so the rear tires aren't deflected upward as steeply. That's some serious engineering (figuring out the correct angles to have the truck land correctly).

Looks like he was on a zip line. You can't see the actual line, but you can see the handle when he lets go.
