I don't remember this referee hit play in the beginning, but it was on a Thursday evening/night (6/10/2010) so I was still at work.

Is there a full video clip of this play from the game (untampered/untouched by JKL)? What happened after that?

Sorta gets chalked up to when the ref gets run into accidentally. He never meant it to happen.
