MrConradssays...beautiful.
UsesProzacsays...I love the sound.
13439says...I would just love to see this done over a ten year period, and watch the trees grow.
Upvoted with no reservations. Love long-term timelapses like this.
spawnflaggersays...I want a screensaver of this
or maybe a desktop background that changes appropriately with the calendar...
jrbedfordsays...Anyone know how many pics this was? Seems like it was only daytime shots... and seemed to have a very peculiar rhythm to it, too! Very cool, regardless!
13439says...I'm guessing fourteen. You can see the transition points clearly in most cases by watching the lighting, but the creator does a very good job of blending between scenes. There were a couple in the summer that were very short, but the autumn was stretched out to catch the leaves as they changed.
ElessarJDsays...I liked it and I did think it was nice, but I thought we would get more of a sense that time was passing. For what it was, it could have been 5 photos taken each season with a morphed progression. I was hoping for a bit more on the concept of time being portrayed.
jwraysays...It would be better if it was an actual timelapse video, instead of 12 pictures blended together. 40 seconds = 1000 frames. They ought to take a picture about every 8 hours for a real timelapse, not once a month with 3 seconds of video for each real picture.
quantumushroomsays...I love the sound.
Agreed! The sound of bacon sizzling as ducks fly over. Very creative!
xxovercastxxsays...i can't wait for spring
14087says...I was momentarily inspired to try this myself, but then I remembered I live in LA (my wife just told me to put the window AC unit back in now that the 'cold snap' is over).
