I've been calling Bush chicken little for years and I'm glad to see others have thought the same, because it fits so perfectly. Olbermann mentions the president being one of two things, either a complete moron or a massive lair; I would like to submit a third option, that he is so delusional he truly thinks and believes everything he says. Which in my opinion is a scarier option than the other two.

At least the media are on it this time which I must say is a big improvement over the Iraq fiasco. The weapons inspectors said the same thing on Iraq before Bush went in but they were ignored at that time.

Does anyone else think it's going to be interesting to see what happens once Bush is out of office? The administration might still have a firm grasp on all the characters of this show for now, but once they're out, we might start getting more information. Maybe a memo slips, or some people talk, someone gets nervous and the finger pointing begins... Bah, maybe I'm being too optimistic we might someday get the truth from these people.

It's just annoying the way he injects a "sir" into everything.

As much as I tend to agree with everything Olbermann says, I hate listening to him say it.

1. Olbermann has higher ratings than O'Reilly
2. If we attack Iran, we give them a good reason to fight back.

The "good it would do" is to give pause to our enemies around the world.

You can only negotiate peace with enemies who fear consequences.

Right now, Iran doesn't properly fear the United States. There is a lack of respect.

To put it in proper perspctive, Red China, with nukes and population over a billion, fears the US. Beijing knows if it were to launch an assault on the US, they would perish along with us. The Communist Chinese are oppressive scum, but they are sane enough to know the stakes. Although they are a far more dangerous enemy than any gang in the Middle East, they're stable, more concerned with getting Beijing ready for the Olympics.

Jihadists are NOT sane. They're convinced that glorious megadeaths will only delight Allah. Unlike Iraq, Iran has a prosperous, well-read middle class. If they have a choice between their whole country being wiped out or offering up I'm-A-Dinner-Jacket and his merry band of clerics, guess who's going to be assassinated?

It's important for naive peaceniks to know they're advocating appeasement, basing peace on a crazed jihadist keeping his word.

Well, I've made MY case.

Well for once I can say I understand where you're coming from. But I have to question the sense in attacking someone for something they might do. Right now Iran poses no significant threat to us and has no significant, legit reason to attack us. I understand that a crazy jihadist might not need one, but isn't a jihadist with a legit gripe even worse? If we invade now, we would deserve retaliation.

I suggest we build a giant moon sized space station with a really big physics defying planet destroying laser. That'll keep them in line. What do you think Lord Vader?

I apparently do not have the ability to modify this video anymore. If there is another method (invocation or something) for fixing a dead video then I don't know it. I did look, but I've been known to miss things that are in plain site. So if anyone else can fix it feel free.

You should be able to edit it now if you're not happy with the copy and can find another one. Make sure you check the box on your posts to be informed of new comments, that way you'll be notified if the vid is marked dead or something. Between the time it's marked and declared dead (couple of days) we can't change it but you can fix it.

If it's not fixed in that time span it goes to the dead pool, there anyone bronze or above can fix the vid. That's why you couldn't do it I'd guess, it's your vid but with no bronze and the dead status that made it no longer editable for you. Just watch your mail for notices until you get that bronze I guess.

You and Eric will have to work out what to do from here I guess since we do have a dupe now.
