Politics is polarising by its very nature. It is a game that is played for the benefit of a few. It is also dominated by the LEAST among us. It is a career choice for the wealthy and it is there neither to serve nor push things forward.

Obama and Michelle are total elitists. Why on Earth did Michelle's family need 4 spoons when she was growing up? Why couldn't their fancy pants family just all use a single spoon, or eat food with their hands?!

Democrats hated Bush. Republicans hate Obama. What difference does it make?

^ We weren't calling for armed insurrection before Bush's first 100 days went by.

I don't recall any mainstream liberal/progressive voices calling for it ever, in fact.
