The bill was passed with a veto proof 83 votes in the Senate.

those checkpoints he's talking about are for commerical vehicles, not your family car.

The fact that Obama requested the language in the bill and then pretended he wasn't going to sign it because of the language is proves the idea that Obama is grabbing and consolidating power using disinformation and under the guise of terrorism. He even has the nerve to say "trust me" on top of it all. Clearly we can't trust a president who wants to detain american citizens indefinitely without a trial. This makes our constitution a complete joke. He has declared that the entire world is a battlefiend and everyone is the enemy. Is this not 1984 grade material?
