Noam Chomsky on Why Iraq is Missing From 2008 Race

Excellent speech by Chomsky as featured on the Feb. 26 edition of Democracy Now. He brings up several really astute observations about the politics surrounding the war, and mentions that the total death toll in Iraq is now estimated above one million.

Love listening to Chomsky, but can't stand the way Amy Goodman speaks for some reason. Might be her monotone voice or just the way she speaks. She also seems to be smug somehow. Like she's overly proud over being the show host and having the guests she has.
