Well, to be fair... Nike did this stupid deal where they pretended the Universities were competing for milage on jogging. The catch was, you had to buy their crappy shoes with data loggers. And they gave some free to cheerleaders or something.

Anyways, only Nike was in on this "competition" and the bet was the loser had to suffer the other's mascot statue. At first they tried to make OSU and FL pay for the "mascot" or whatever they were going to do. Then Nike finally illegally puts up a piece of foam "statue" not even on campus property, but bascially on the sidewalk. And filmed it "secretly" from the coffee shop on the corner.

Heck, they probably destroyed it for their web viral crap.
