Imagine what you'll be able to do when photo apps are designed that allow you to manipulate/filter any part of the lightfield without affecting another part.

The best part is, you can use the same optics, but put pixels where the sensors are to make the whole "help Obi Wan Kenobi, you're our only hope" displays.

This strikes me as a truly remarkable new photo technology. I have no idea what it's doing but would the form factor make people think it's a bit of a toy? Could you do serious sports photography with this?
