This is not a flag.
There is no wind.
No music has been added.

This is in fact a player/speaker/wtf consisting of carbon nanotubes which plays horrible dance music when fed electricity through the "pole".

Turns out the transparent speaker has been put on a piece of cloth but it moves by itself.

So yeah, it really should be invisible too. Still pretty wtf...
