Convicted felon Lisa Britt testifies about participating in a massive election fraud scheme to steal numerous elections for Republican candidates in North Carolina.
She and others now admit they illegally collected thousands of mail in ballots from the elderly and filled them out for Republican candidates at the direction of the Mark Harris campaign.
