A few years ago Margaret Cho explained why Christians are crazy for trying to elect someone just to prevent gay marriage, then she explained how you really get all the gay people out of your town.

All Christians don't live in trailer parks. Leibniz was one of the smartest people in all of history and a christian. There are also dumb Christians. I know she is supposed to be a comedian and just joking about social issues, but that doesn't make the generalization any less offensive. No upvote for just regurgitating hateful things, the very thing she is complaining about mind you.

She is very specifically talking about the Christians who are against gay marriage. I'm not upvoting because I just don't think she's funny.

Also, I'm gonna go ahead and say that there is no such thing as a moderate religious person. Believing in magic is crazy.

It's pretty clear to me that she isn't saying this about all Christians.

It's also clear to me that what she's saying is absolutely true.

I see it every day.

I must admit that I also don't find Margaret Cho funny, but I upvoted for her quoting, chapter and verse, of that timeless Christian value, "Shut the fuck up!"
