Man Choked And Arrested For Filming Baton Rouge Police

A report on a man who was choked, hurled to the curb, and jumped on by multiple officers after one officer steals his cell phone because he was filming a separate arrest. Officers claimed he jumped on them and started attacking the initial arresting officer, not knowing there was another camera and thinking they had stolen the only evidence of what happened. Charges are still pending, and the cell phone is still stolen.
