(I think)It's a commercial for tourism in Maine. Summers here kick ass. You oughta come. Seriously, come on by and we'll have a lobster dinner, the Maine way. Not that Red Lobster we-think-we-know-what-seafood-is shit. Lemme put it this way, all the Red Lobsters in Maine went bankrupt.
And yeah, that stuff in the video lines the entire cost, not jut a few sections of the state.
