Start: Part 1 was a bit dull, optimistic due to the "my parents were incinerated comment. Hertzfeldt may pull this one off if he goes for his usual unsettling style...

3:00 I like the interpretation of TV. Still not much going for it. 3:26 to go ... expectations lowering.

3:30 Puffy face ... expectations rising.

4:50 Get back to the funny.

End result ... not his best. Never really got going.

Im guessing its supposed to be awkward and a bit slow.
