Judge blasts Adams County Human Services

Adams County District Court Judge Chris Melonakis blasts the county Human Services Department for failing to protect 22-month-old Michael Ryan Harris, who was beaten to death by his mother's boyfriend in 2011. Social workers had removed the toddler from his mother's care after documenting her neglect and drug use, only to return him to her custody before he was killed.
