chilaxesays...DFT, it's almost like you're getting at something with these concession speeches...
dystopianfuturetodaysays...I just think they are interesting to watch in lieu of what actually happened in the spaces between then and then and now. I don't want to see another one.
BillOreillysays...thank heavens he lost, he had no backbone, the world would have taken advantage of our kind nature
NetRunnersays...Listening to these speeches, it's clear both elections were stolen.
Listening to these speeches, the Democrats were guilty of appeasement. Not of some foreign enemy, but the enemy within.
My mom said something profound to me after Gore's loss. She said "Going in, we knew that the Democrats would be devastated if they lost. But we also knew, if the Republicans lost, they'd have started a civil war."

We must make sure that our voices are heard this time. Otherwise, the grand experiment with democracy in America is truly over.
jakesays...Pretty profound words there... i'm starting to think that if Obama doesn't get elected, my dreams of one day transferring my consciousness into a computer will never come to light (that is, unless he is a sleeper agent of the CFR/Trilateral commission/Bilderbergers)
