The Carnival Vista is one of Carnival's largest new ships---and to save on tug fees (probably) she tried maneuvering around Messina's harbor in Italy on her own with her thrusters.

Well, not so much.

The thrusters should probably have detents and warning positions for the maneuvering captain/pilot---
