This ad premiered during Glee this week. Dan Savage wrote this on his blog today:

"Not all queer kids watch Glee, not all queer kids can risk watching Glee, not all queer kids are allowed to watch Glee. And Terry and I gave Google the okay to use the It Gets Better campaign in their Google Chrome campaign to reach queer kids. Which is why we asked—in our very first meeting with Google—for the ad to run during other programs, and other kinds of programming, not just during gay-friendly programs. So the ad will be appearing elsewhere. Keep your eyes peeled."

I've seen and shared this site and many of its videos before... and it still gets me choked up.

Also - I love the sign language message! I hadn't caught that before.

I'm glad Dan pointed out that not all gay people are feminine or butch. That's the real bigotry behind having femme gays on TV... it reinforces a stereotype, and thus, gays have a voice ... pre-dismissed as abnormal even without the sexual acts. A man can be a man and a woman can be a woman and be homosexual.
