My relationship with this video? I'm the animator/comic. Just having some fun with Iron Man and the whole idea of "movie reviews".

If it was a unintentional, which is what I perceive it to be, it could be mitigated via a statement to that effect to appeal or contest the banning. There is precedent for such.

West99 obviously didn't understand the rules, which is why he/she came right out and claimed to the the animator. I sometimes find a direct Ban can be a little harsh in a case like this.

Sometimes education is better than expulsion.
It wasn't like he /she was spamming, just missed the rule - and there are a lot of them.
Yes, Ban is the correct course, but maybe ad a little finesse.

I agree wholeheartedly, hence my, I thought, clear and inviting statement to that effect.

The course of events I was seeking was his appeal via honest explanation with a resultant clemency. Sans that....I am disappointed he did not avail himself of same.

That is not to say I will not pay heed to your words and attempt to glean a better insight.

Respective to the rules, there indeed are many, but this is number one in the FAQ.

I considered withholding the ban, is that what you would suggest?
