Insurgents Taking Only Seconds to Plant a Roadside IED

This is a short clip of a U.S. drone aircraft capturing video of a vehicle of Iraqi insurgents taking mere seconds to pull over in the median between either direction of traffic on a busy road and plant an IED.

From LiveLeak:
"A UAV recon drone observes an insurgent IED team in a black van stop while executing a U-turn and one haji dismounts and places an IED in the median of the highway."

That's exactly what's so frightening. If you watch closely (yeah, the quality isn't the best), you can see the IED being placed when the camera is at the passenger rear-side position just before the van jumps out of frame and it speeds away.
