Insane amphibious car, the Scamander

Peter Wheeler, former owner of TVR sport cars (he died in 2009), had a few vehicle projects he like to work on.

This crazy vehicle, looking like something out of Bladerunner, was the one he was working on when he died.

Evo Magazine's Editorial Director Harry Metcalfe takes it for a drive on the property Peter used to own... and into some water!
