New Orleans is a great city... but it shouldn't exist. It's just inherently dangerous to live there, since it's just a huge bathtub waiting for a storm to come by.

And no one listened to the NOAA this about telling everyone to evacuate.

And the government support was too little, too late for many people.

This was especially heart-breaking for me, because I'm from the area. When he shows the refinery, a little to the east is Yscloskey (pronounced "why-clawskey"). I used to work for a company that sold camps out that way, Fort Beauregard Marina. It's all gone. Dozens of camps just swept away. No one was in them at the time thank god, but it's still heartbreaking to see that destruction. Like the man said, when they say run.....RUN.
