My cat growls just like that when he is pretending to be vicious. It is hilarious.

Goddamn cats and their owners. Yeah it's cute when a small kitten throws around its paws and tries to make a angry growl, but if you keep sticking your hands at it when it does it and just laugh, the cat's gonna grow up thinking that a human makes for a great object to scratch because there are no consequences. Then after a couple of years none of your friends dare to come visit because your cat always jumps from behind a corner and clings onto their skin with its sharp nails and you wake up every morning noticing that the cat has been sharpening its nails on your face...

The cat is likely a real pussy cat (no pun intended) 100% of the time. Never ceases to amaze me how quickly people jump immediately to a conclusion when presented with only the minimum of facts.
