Useful video for those who are getting more serious about cooking, like me.

The start reminds me of those infomercials where someone tries to perform some easy task but fails miserably because they don't have the aid of <insert product here>. Seriously you can cut a tomato using a butter knife with more success than that guy had.

Other than that, nice and informative.
