ugh... no idea how someone would want to report such an ancient video for tos but they did. Unfortunately its such a rare find, I cant find another copy.

Pretty sure that's a fake commercial from the old SCTV (Second City TV) sketch show that was around in the 80's. The cheese-ball hipster dude looks an AWFUL lot like comedian Eugene Levy (the dad from "American Pie"), who was one of the stars of SCTV.
