At around 4:36 Nugent says (in response to question whether you can threaten the president):
"You think? Yeah you know we've disagreed with a lot of administrations in the past, but ..uh none of our retoric included, you know, threatening lives..." etc. etc.

Presidential candidates have the same protection that the President has, yet there was Hannity backing Lunatic Ted all the way. Poster children for hypocrisy.
