OK i am trying to get a translation for you, but basically some businessman baits the highway police until they shoot, then he asks "what do you need? what do you need?". Total wtf from Lithuania.
*update... Apparently the law in Lithuania was badly written and didn't require you to wait after the police car stops, if they don't follow certain technicalities, so he was highlighting the stupidity of that and the fact that the police don't follow their own rules, as part of a campaign against the (corrupt) police, highlighting civil liberty issues, that sort of thing. The warning shots he said were an overreaction of power tripped cops, but i am not so sure. I also just found out that he refused to sell his fucked up old house which was in the way of a new highway, so they had to build round it :)

I'll never understand the mentality behind irritating people with guns. However stupid a law is, doing stuff like that will eventually get you dead. Like the guy in NYC calling out the traffic cops - sooner or later, he's going to piss off the wrong cop on the wrong day. There are better mechanisms for accomplishing the goal.
MINKsays...i think this guy has protection, if you know what i mean.
