I love that line.

I thought that this was perfect considering family guy typicaly references the most obscure people, and one of the few names I recocnized happend to be this guy, a 19th cetury British Prime Minister.

Quite an important man, if a bit of a right wing imperialist.
An interesting period of history, that affected the last century as well as the 19th
