I don't like this song because the beat is fucking horrible...the lyrics were great though.

If you had bothered to actively listen to the lyrics, you'd have realized the song is sorta of like a Q&A.

..About why niggas are compelled to behave the ways they do.

I think the last couplet [about why niggas are afraid to go to court] best evokes the overall sentiment of the song.

If you listen carefully, [and suspend your bigoted uncultured prejudices for a bit] you'll better understand the point the singer/artist is making.
