This is the 3rd video in Eric Fensler's series of GI JOE PSA Remixes.

At the end of every episode of GI JOE, a public service announcement would warn young fans of the dangers of bicycles, downed electrical lines or stray dogs. Eric Fensler of fenslerfilm.com recut and redubbed these segments to hilarious and bizarre effect.
