*Lies coming from EPA. Evasiveness is the reason for the tag. Oh, and *mustache. Awesome. And did someone say *actionpack? That was pulse pounding awesome, even for a political hearing.

It is extremely frustrating to live in a time where there is no accountability, where evasion and lies are the bread and butter of politicians and corporations alike. There is truely no one home so to speak. Information is what separates the common people from the elites behind the scenes and they, (those who stand on the shoulders of the common people) are holding onto information abit too tightly.

In this case you see an EPA chairman clearly dodging the issue of wether or not he spoke to the president on said subject. The implications of if he did indeed speak to the president are rather small, but the stance of people like this is that they answer to no one and if asked, they can simply say whatever they wish.

This is hilarious

I don't think so at all Seeing this makes me more and more angry with our leadership. It's stuff like this that makes me think about trying to gather an army and march on D.C. and retake the capital for the people. In my eyes this kind of evasion/lying/corruption/incompetence almost amounts to treason. I almost envy the Chinese for executing some corrupt officials...even if they're not the top of the chain and it's somewhat for show.

NinjaFish, and littledragon, you're right. This isn't funny.

I guess I'm getting a little jaded -- after Alberto Gonzales' testimony, it was clear that the rule of law was not going to be enforced on these criminals during the 110th Congress. President Obama and the 111th better bring criminal charges on the former Bush administration, or future administrations will use it as precedent for flouting the law for their own purposes.

On the bright side, it looks like Democrats will prevail on the EPA issue.

As a bonus, this incident made John Boehner have a temper tantrum.

thanks for agreeing and that press release stating waxman was abusive is pretty much bs. Was the chairman OUT OF LINE for demanding a very simple answer for a very simple question? Why did republican Issa ask him to stop?

and also it should be noted in the video clip on John Boehner's (lol boner?)site DOES NOT show the question that Waxman asked. Its almost as if they do not want this question answered or heard by the American people.
