a great scene from a hugely under-rated movie starring christian bale.for those who have never seen this movie allow me to set this clip up to give you an idea what a gem this movie is:in the near future mankind has deemed all emotions to be the cause of all violence,war and hatred.to remedy this they have become a society devoid of all emotion by taking a pill everyday at the same time to suppress all emotions.

any item,be it organic or not,that may induce feelings of any kind is destroyed on sight along with the offender.the people who enforce this edict are known as grammaton clerics and use a fighting style known as gun kata,which is a hybrid of kung fu and gunslinging.

christian bales character is one such cleric but has recently found himself rebelling and is slowly becoming what this society calls "sense offenders".
this is such a well made movie.
