From Jalopnik.com "Police in Oklahoma County, Okla., say they arrested the driver of the Ford Explorer, Francisco Noriega-Perales, on charges of drunk driving, driving on the wrong side of the road and not wearing a seatbelt. The deputy, Kevin Johnson, suffered a leg injury; his dog, Boze, survived without injury".
