more reason to cry had the dog hit the engine.

They make cute little life-vests for doggies.....These folks need to get a clue-The kid's vest isn't secured, mom ain't wearing one. Irresponsible boaters make it shitty for everyone. What if another boat clocked their pooch?? To many variables, dipshitz!
What's with the video edges warping as the guy tracks the dog??

It looks like he used image stabilization software on it, might of also been some rolling shutter thrown in there too.
