That was super awesome. Such a knife job.

the dude who created the segway (Dean Kamen, not Jeff Bezos!) lives close enough to where I do so laymen and policefolks alike enjoy leisurely rides on their two-wheelers downtown.

Jeff Bezos heralded the Segway as something that would transform how cities were built.

I think the Segway could have changed things. That is if walking wasn't almost as fast, healthy, and cost nothing. But if it cost me 6 grand to learn how to walk briskly, I probably would have opted for a Segway.
