Not a dupe, as its a different scene in the same (?) movie. I believe this one is right near the end.

I was just disappointed that the line was "blow your head clean off" but he shot him in the chest.

What the world needs now is more Dirty Harry's who aren't afraid to upset the p.c. status quo in order to do The Right Thing.
