The following is directly from the YT description, which clearly sets up part one...

"We want an invincible Germany! Invincible Germany" exclaims the "Raja of Germany", dressed in a white robe and golden little crown.
"What do you mean?" cries the audience. "Hitler wanted an invincible Germany as well!"

"Yes, but unfortunately he didn't succeed!"

"WHAAAAAAAAAT"?!?!?!?!

Things are about to get Lynchian.

I finally figured out how to make the player work. This is part one where the crowd gets unruly, and part two where David Lynch responds and tries to understand what happened.
