Crazy Russian Special Forces drills

This is insane. Americans train with "simunition"---capable of hurting you, makes a bang, sends a non-lead bullet downrange at the other guy.

I know the Spetnatz basically train without any attention given to the injuries and whatnot---
And I'm sure that makes for a credibly psycho special operator.
But this is insane.
Not the least because my understanding is multiple strikes in the same place on a "bulletproof" plate can breach the plate.
And for every other reason I can think of.
