Courtroom testimony: Voting machines might have been hacked

Computer programmer and Democrat Clinton Curtis testifies that he was asked in 2000 to write a program that would make it possible to undetectably change the result of an election. The case is unresolved, and Curtis is obviously a partisan, so make of this what you want. The Wikipedia article on Curtis has more information. The title is wrong. It wasn't a courtroom but the House Chamber on December 13th, 2004 Congressional hearing in Columbus, Ohio.

And it is a *discard dupe.
