This looks like something straight out of a TV legal drama. He just went up to the desk and started reading documents while the attorney was talking.

One more vote, please. This is really classic stuff. The two guards were like little kids taking candy from the corner store. Unbelievable. Isn't this Sheriff Joe Arpaio's domain? Somebody's in trouble!

I looked this incident up. Apparently officer Stoddard noticed a paper that wasn't previously screened, so he took it and had the other deputy copy it. Screening the paperwork is supposed to used to make sure there isn't any weapons or contraband in between the sheets, but these scumbags stretch that.
