What's the scale of the clip?
Trancecoachsays...^That's normal size. You can see the surgeon's fingers, the probe and clamp -- all without magnification.
snoozedoctorsays...The clip itself is probably about 1 cm long. They come in different sizes for different aneurysms. Giant aneurysms can be as large as a golf ball. They require large clips. The majority of aneurysms are the size of a pea or slightly larger, so it doesn't take a very long clip to traverse the neck of the aneurysm.
